You know the economy is bad when the 99 Cent Only Store raises its prices. Things there will now cost 99.99 cents. Um, wouldn't that now just be called The Dollar Store?
And how the hell is the grumpy-assed cashier who always seems to man the registers in these places (these people need to get out more, clearly!) supposed to give me back my change of a tenth of a cent? WTF?
Most importantly, however, where will Ellen and Portia shop now? Inquiring minds want to know.
