Yeah for Maddow. And yeah for MSNBC for giving Maddow her own nightly show. You know, in an amazing and mind-blowingly brilliant article that was written last year about cable's new power dyke, she said:

Well, guess who has just blown through that infamous rainbow-ed ceiling, eh? And Maddow, don't worry, you're adorable. :0)
